Mule tape is a uniquely designed pull tape that can be utilized a wide variety of ways. Mule tape comes in different sizes and strengths. Caddy tack utilizes 5/8 inch mule tape that has a pull strength between 1500-1800lbs. 

Some of our products do have fringe on them and are not designed for everyday use. Fringe can tangle easily if put through the rigor of everyday wear. To keep your fringe smooth and looking nice run your fingers through it and smooth it after each use. Store in a dry area and if dropped in mud etc. rinse of thoroughly and smooth out to dry. 

These products are handmade and most are made once the order is placed, so no returns or refunds are accepted. Please allow ~2-3 weeks for delivery to allow time to produce the products and ship. Shipping is sent via USPS standard shipping.

Caddy Tack tries to ensure the durability of products, but when working with stones and gems it is essential to try keep the tack mostly dry. Sweat can erode the adhesive on the stones, which compromises the durability. Tack that involves stones and gems would be best suited not for daily use. Gems and stones can break so keep in mind that any blunt force can damage them or make them fall off.

Most of Caddy Tack is designed for the average horse size, unless otherwise specified in the product description. But if you would like to order a different size for a pony, mini, arab etc. then please email caddytack@gmail.com
